One of the first of its kind in Australia, the playing biography of Frank Farina, as told to Bonita Mersiades, published in 1998.
Farina was one of Australia's most colourful, recognised and significant players of the game. In 'My World Is Round' he tells us about his personal playing history, including his experience playing for Australia and the ups-and-downs of being a successful European professional. He also gives a unique perspetive on the key events and personalities of Australian football in the 1980s and 1990s, and comments on the development and future of the code.
It was written after Frank had effectively retired from playing (he did play an extra couple of games for Marconi) after the Brisbane Strikers won the National Soccer League in 1997.
At Frank's and Bonita's request, all proceeds will be added to #AuthorsforFireys.
