That Fitness Place Recipe Book

You've come to the right place if you want to contribute a recipe for Shannon's That Fitness Place recipe book, the proceeds of which will support his work with Walk'n'Talk.

To contribute your recipe (or recipes - yes, more than one is fine), we need five things from you please:

  1. your recipe preferably in a format which gives the ingredients first, followed by step-by-step method

  2. your name

  3. a photo of your dish 

  4. a photo of you, and

  5. a sentence or two about why this recipe is important to you, or is a favourite of yours.
