Michael was a senior journalist for Network TEN in Sydney until September 2020 with a passion for telling sport and business stories. He worked as a freelance journalist until October 2021 when he was appointed to a role with News Limited and the new online sport publication, 'The Code'. 

He is the producer and writer of Mark Viduka Uncovered broadcast on ESPN, and he is also a passionate Liverpool, Newcastle Jets and Adamstown Rosebud supporter. 

Michael lives in Newcastle and has two children. 

Manjits and the Tandoor of Secrets is Michael's first book.
