What currency are the prices?

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). 

​How do I get an e-book?

Upon payment for a digital edition, you will be provided with a download link and code for you to access your digital book. We allow up to 10 days for you to download your purchase on up to three devices. We trust you do not share this link with others who have not made a purchase. 

Large Orders

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much does postage cost? 

We offer standard postage services at cost provided by Australia Post to all destinations, which varies by weight and destination (Australia, New Zealand, and Rest of World). 

How long does it take for my book to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. 

Australia Post standard delivery schedule is between 3-5 days after postage within Australia; up to 14 working days to New Zealand; and up to 30 working days elsewhere in the world. You will receive an email from us when your order has been despatched.

If you do not receive your order within the anticipated delivery time, please let us know and we will make inquiries of Australia Post.

​Most of our books are also available in good bookstores in Australia, on Amazon and as an e-book. Some are also available as an audio book. 

Where possible we use Recycled Padded Mailing bags for postage of our books, but this depends on the weight of the package and availability of our preferred packaging.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at hello@fairplaypublishing.com.au. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Can the book be returned?

You may return most new, unopened books within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We do not accept returns of digital or audio books. 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
