Australia's foremost football statistician, Andrew Howe, returns in November with the fully updated third edition of the Encyclopedia of Socceroos: the most comprehensive record ever published of every man to represent Australia, brought right up to date through to the end of 2026.
That means the 2026 World Cup is in it. The new edition includes at least 39 new Socceroos appearing for the first time, updated biographies and statistics for more than 80 current and recent internationals, hundreds of newly uncovered historical details, coach biographies for every Socceroos manager, and a brand-new illustrated Socceroos Timeline spanning more than a century.
Pre-order by 30 September for $79.95 including postage, and your name will be permanently printed in the Collector's Honour Roll in the back of the book. That's our way of thanking the supporters who helped bring this edition to life before it went to print.
After 30 September, the price rises to $84.95, and once it's in production, no more names can be added.
The Encyclopedia of Socceroos will be published in November 2026 and will be available only and exclusively through Fair Play Publishing.
