Former Kangaroo and Balmain legend Garry Jack will celebrate the launch of his autobiography Jumping Jack, written with Adam Hawse, on Wednesday, 18 March at the historic Red Lion Hotel.
One of the toughest and most consistent fullbacks of his era, Jack played more than 200 games for Balmain and represented both New South Wales and Australia during a fiercely competitive period in rugby league. Jumping Jack tells the story behind the footballer — the matches, the characters and the moments that shaped a remarkable career.
The book will be officially launched by fellow Balmain great Steve 'Blocker' Roach, with stories, conversation and a few memories from one of rugby league’s most respected players.
Rugby league fans and readers are warmly invited to join the celebration.
